Q: What if my wedding is outdoors? How does this affect my cake?
A: Severe weather conditions can cause challenges with certain types of frosting. Avoid buttercream icing if you plan to have an outdoor wedding on a hot, humid Wisconsin summer day. Please inform your caterer of this requirement.

A: Yes. You can order a 6" sample with your choice of cake, filling and icing for only $5. The 6" cheesecake combination is also available for $12.50. Additional $5 for rolled fondant draping. Order and pick up at your convenience. Onsite tastings are not available.
