Q: What if I have a picture of a cake that I like? Can you re-create that cake?

A: Absolutely! Be th is highly experienced in recreating your vision, whether it's sketched on the back of a napkin or featured in one of your favorite wedding magazines.

Q: What if I'm not sure about the flavor I want, and what if I want more than one flavor?

A: You can pre-order small sample cakes that can be picked up at your convenience for a nominal fee. Take them home, taste them, and choose your favorites. There is no extra charge for selecting multiple flavors for your guests.

Q: What is your most popular flavor and filling combination?

A: Hands down, it's the divine Cheesecake/Cake combination with raspberry filling.

Q: How do I know what size cake to order?

A: If you have a cake vision in mind, Beth can determine the number of servings the cake will provide. Once your guest count is finalized, Beth will fill the remaining number of servings with "kitchen cakes" at a fraction of the per serving cost. There will be no need to modify the original cake design and preference to accommodate the final number of guests being served.

Q: How does it work if I want fresh flowers added to my cake?

A: Communicate with your florist regarding the type of flowers you'd like to feature on your cake. Beth will then work directly with your florist regarding the quantity needed to achieve your vision.

Q: I'd like to use a cake stand/plateau for my wedding cake. Where do I find one?

A: An assortment of beautiful cake plateaus can be rented for $100, with $50 refunded upon return within four days following your wedding.

Q: How and when do I reserve my date, and when do I make the final payment for the cake?

A: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your date. You can stop in and pay with cash, check or credit card, mail a check, or call with a credit card number. The $75 deposit will be deducted from your balance due.

Q: Is there a delivery charge for my cake?

A: There is a standard $50 delivery/set-up charge for the immediate area. There is an additional surcharge for delivery to Sheboygan, Elkhart Lake, Green Bay, etc. The delivery ensures the safe and successful arrival of your cake at your reception location.

Q: Can I pick up my cake and get a discount on pricing?

A: Certainly. If you choose to pick up your own cake, simply let us know. Avoid this option if it involves complicated construction such as multiple tiers. Keep in mind that cakes are very heavy and be sure to drive carefully en route to the reception. You'll then need to work with the florist to arrange flowers, if desired.

Q: What time do you typically deliver a wedding cake?

A: My delivery time ranges from between noon and 3 pm, unless your day's schedule or location requires a more specific range. Your cake will be delivered on time.

Q: What if my wedding is outdoors? How does this affect my cake?

A: Severe weather conditions can cause challenges with certain types of frosting. Avoid buttercream icing if you plan to have an outdoor wedding on a hot, humid Wisconsin summer day. Rolled fondant is an ideal choice. If your wedding is outdoors, a level table is extremely necessary for successful cake display, preferably placed in the shade. Please inform your caterer of this requirement.

A: Yes. You can order a 6" sample with your choice of cake, filling and icing for only $5. The 6" cheesecake combination is also available for $12.50. Additional $5 for rolled fondant draping. Order and pick up at your convenience. Onsite tastings are not available.
